Talentspace.ai is a fast-growing tech company that is passionate about building innovative and user-friendly products. We are looking for a talented and motivated Recruiter coordinator position intern to join our team and help us create the next generation of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for open positions
• Schedule and conduct interviews
• Manage candidate pipeline and track applicant progress
• Prepare offer letters and other onboarding paperwork
• Coordinate with hiring managers and other stakeholders throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1 year of experience in a recruiting or HR role
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Tech Stack: (ATS),(CRM),Talent management,Microsoft Office Suite
