Position: Marketing Officer Intern
Duration: 3-4 months, with the possibility of a permanent role upon successful completion

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

• Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through various channels, including digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and email marketing.
• Monitor and analyze lead generation efforts, providing reports and insights to improve conversion rates.

Content Creation:

• Create engaging and relevant content for our website, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing content that aligns with our brand identity.
• Assist in managing and updating the company's blog.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

• Ensure content is optimized for search engines to improve visibility and ranking.
• Research and implement effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic to our website.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

• Contribute to developing strategies that enhance customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to make data-driven improvements to our marketing approach.

Customer Experience Management (CEM):

• Contribute to developing strategies that enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to make data-driven improvements to our marketing approach.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Understanding of SEO best practices.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to the growth of Talent Space.
